Lima is the capital
city of Peru and located on the Pacific coastline of the South American
nation. Often referred to as the "City of Kings," Lima has many
Spanish colonial architecture. Colonial balconies are a famous
trademark of the city. These beautiful balconies were carved from
wood usually. The city has lots of different municipalities
including Miraflores, Surco, and San Isidro. There are numerous
Catholic churches as well in the city.
