    The south end of the Las Vegas Strip features the iconic Tropicana which was built in the 1950s and featured in the James Bond movie, Diamonds Are Forver, as well as many of the properties built in the 1990s including the MGM Grand, Luxor, and New York New York.  Excalibur is the famous castle on the strip.  Park MGM is a smoke free property with some nice pools.  The iconic Las Vegas sign is on the south part of the strip too.  Mandalay Bay features a large beach entry wave pool as well as a topless pool called Moorea Bay.
