    We got a great view of Mt. McKinley on two occasions during our trip.  Mt. McKinley is the highest peak in North America at 20,320 feet above sea level..  Our first view of Denali (otherwise known as Mt. McKinley) was from the George Parks Highway from Anchorage to Denali National Park.  We also got a good view of Mt. McKinley from Talkeetna, a small fishing village off the highway.
