Circa is the newest resort in downtown.  This adults only property opened in 2020!  We stayed there in January of 2021!

The El Cortez in the background is an older hotel in downtown.  That was a Hummer limo we rented to go to a club in downtown.

The Commonwealth is a popular club in downtown.  We dropped almost $2,000 there to get a booth for St. Patrick's Day!

Downtown Las Vegas was a ghost town compared to the strip.  The older casinos could not compete with the mega resorts like Luxor, Mirage, Bellagio, etc.  As a result, they put a huge dome over part of downtown Las Vegas and called it the "Fremont Street Experience."  Underneath this dome, you can see light shows at night and also walk to the major downtown casinos such as 4 Queens or Golden Nugget.  Even with the dome, downtown is not as fun as the strip, but it is still a cool place to hang out.  Circa is one of the newest resorts in downtown.  This property features a large pool complex called Stadium Swim where guests can watch live sports on a huge screen while swimming in warm pools year round.
