A friend of mine had his 40th birthday party at Dive Bar in Sacramento.

        A buddy of mine had his 40th birthday party in Sacramento at various places including the famous Dive Bar on K Street.  The Dive Bar has a large aquarium where "mermaids" swim around and do a show for the patrons in the bar.  The theme was to wear a vest also since my friend is known for sporting vests.
