This is the back of the Sonoma Raceway grand stand. Lots of vendors were set up back here for this NASCAR race.
My friend and I had a pre-race track pass to go check out the cars up close. Also, we got to walk on the track too!

We were allowed to sign our names on the finish line. I liked how someone wrote Trump 2028 on it!
I wrote Cowboys & Rangers 2025 next to my name on the finish line.
This is the official Pace Car which I think is a Toyota Supra!

This is Kyle Larsen's car. He won this race last year.
That is the Mobil car. Since my dad worked for Mobil back in the 1990s I had a particular interest in this car.
We were able to watch the pre race show too on the track with our pass.

The cars were really loud as they passed our section! It was really fun!
Like the old Montgomery Gentry song, "Speed," how fast to 0 to 60! LOL. I think the maximum speed was like 95 mph.
The winner, Shane van Gisbergen (SVG) won and is doing his championship burnout here!
Shane is up there with his crew to claim victory. The winner gets to drink wine from a large cup at this race.
