    2001 was when I graduated from UC Davis.  That summer, I was up in Northern California during Fourth of July weekend so we planned a day of fun in the Bay Area.  We checked out an As baseball game first in Oakland.  Alex and I hate the As so we cheered  for the visiting Angels.  Afterwards, we drove to San Francisco to have dinner in North Beach and watch the fireworks.  In this picture, Dale, Kirsten, Laura, and Alex are pictured with me.  Dale was a Kappa Alpha Theta from Canada that was doing a medical school externship at UCD Med Center.
