The Calvin Coolidge Birthplace & Museum is dedicated to the life of this great President who was a Republican known for creating a robust economy.

President Coolidge was born in that log cabin looking structure at the back of the general store his father ran.

Vermont has a lot of these cool covered wooden bridges.

The Whistlepig Distillery tasting room is in Southern Vermont too.  I love their rye whiskey!

    Vermont is a beautiful state with scenic views of lush mountains.  President Calvin Coolidge was born in this small New England state.  The area also has lots of covered wooden bridges.  Since the state is known for maple syrup, they have a frozen treat called the Creamee which is soft serve flavored with maple syrup!  The state is also home to the Whistle Pig Distillery, which makes great rye whiskey!
