OWNER/GENERAL MANAGER - JERRY JONES
     Jerry Jones has owned the Cowboys since 1989, and he is one of the greatest and most influential NFL owners in the history of the game.  Jerry is responsible for revamping the Cowboys organization and turning it into the dynasty it was during the 1990s by winning 3 Superbowls.  Jerry Jones was also instrumental in the funding and construction of the new Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

     Stephen Jones has worked side by side with his father to help create one of the most talented roster in the NFL.  He is instrumental in putting together the dominant teams of the 1990s.

CHIEF SALES & MARKETING OFFICER, VP, & GENERAL COUNSEL - JERRY JONES, JR.
     Jerry Jones, Jr. has been with the organization since 1996, and he has been a key player in the Dallas Desperados, an arena league team that is affiliated with the Cowboys.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT - BRAND MANAGEMENT/PRESIDENT OF CHARITIES - CHARLOTTE JONES ANDERSON
    Charlotte Jones Anderson has been with the Cowboys for 19 years.

HEAD COACH - WADE PHILLIPS
       Wade Phillips joined the Cowboys in 2007 as the 7th coach in franchise history with a 45-35 record as a NFL head coach.  He has over 30 years of NFL coaching experience.  Most recently, he was the defensive coordinator for the San Diego Chargers, where he helped guide the team to the playoffs during the 2006 season.  Phillips was also the head coach in Buffalo and Denver.  He is a native of Texas, and he has coached high school, college, and professional sports in the Great State of Texas.  This season, Wade will also be calling the defensive plays.
