Bend, Oregon is a quaint little town in Eastern Oregon where a lot of craft breweries have popped up recently.  There are lots of cool beer tours including one that is done on electric bikes.  We enjoyed that experience during our trip up here.  I recommend checking out the lakes in the mountains too.
