My Resume
I graduated from the University of
California
at Davis with majors in International Relations and Political
Science.
My International Relations focus was on world trade and
development,
which had a heavy economic emphasis. In addition to a rigorous
academic
program at UC Davis, I was exteremely involved in extra-curricular
activities.
I am a founding father in my fraternity, Phi Beta Lambda.
Furthermore,
I served as chapter president of my house for an unprecedented four
years. Moreover, I was instrumental for our admission into the
Inter-Fraternity Council, and I represented my house to the IFC.
In addition, I served
on
the state board of California College Republicans for 4 years as the
Northern
Vice Chairman, Administrative Vice Chairman, Executive Vice Chairman,
and
PAC President. I was also the Davis College Republicans Chairman.
Moreover,
I was elected to the Order of Omega, a national honor society for
Greeks before graduating. I was also on the Dean's Honor List.
I have diverse
work experience as well. Currently, I work as a
pharmaceutical sales representative for a major pharmaceutical company
with responsibility for
promoting allergy, asthma, and anti-infectives prescription
products. My first job out of college was as an Outside
Account
Executive for a medium sized telecommunications company in the Bay
Area.
I closed the largest deal in our
partner
company's history in June of 2002, and I exceeded my sales quota my
first year in outside sales
by 24%. I have also worked at the Lawrence Livermore National
Laboratory,
Burson-Marsteller Public Relations, Inc., and the Sacramento Housing
&
Redevelopment Agency. Moreover, I have lots of volunteer
experience
as well including managing a local political campaign..
