A LITTLE BIT OF WINE COUNTRY &

ASIA     TOGETHER IN VACAVILLE, CA....................

    In June of 2005, I moved from Walnut Creek, CA to Vacaville, CA.  I rented a 1,100 sq. foot luxury apartment.  The apartment is 1 bedroom with a seperate den.  In addition, it features nice touches like crown molding, an alarm system, electronic thermostat, washer/dryer in unit, and ceiling fan.  Moreover, they painted an accent wall for me.  The rent was not cheap!  The 1 bedroom with den goes for $1,500 per month, and that does not include the utilites such as water, garbage, and sewage.  The complex does feature an outdoor heated pool, spa, gym with racquetball court and suana, and also a basketball court.  In addition, they provide free towel and bottled water service for the gym.  They also feature beverage service in the clubhouse and fresh baked cookies throughout the day.  There is also a business center on site for the use of the tenants.

    I decided to get all new furniture when I moved so I got a nice 100% top grain Italian leather sofa set, cherry dining set, and matching office furniture as well for the den.  Here is your personal tour of my residence.  Enjoy!
