Have a seat on my luxury top grain leather couches.  I have a guy who comes in to clean and condition them regularly to keep them looking great.

The living room has the first of three home theater systems I have in my house.  I have a 50 inch 3D Plasma HDTV with Denon Receiver, Xbox 360, 3D Blu Ray player, and DirecTV Genie DVR Receiver.

You need to go online to check in for your flight?  No problem.  I have a media center PC that is attached to the TV in the living room.

At night, I have a neat red backlight behind the TV.  It is controlled by "Alexa" too via my Philips Hue System.  Oh, I forgot.  "Alexa" can turn my TV on and off as well as change the channel for me.

I have a 6.1 in ceiling Dayton Audio Speaker System in the living room.  My building prewired the living room for speakers, and my home theater guy installed the speakers.

The living room leads into the dining room to create a large great room.

At night, it is nice to control all of these lights through "Alexa."  That digital frame by the left lamp is also attached to a smart WIFI outlet which is controlled by "Alexa" or my phone app.

The Wink App on my phone is very easy to use.  This is what my app will show when I have the two living room lamps and dining room chandalier turned on.

    Have a seat on my luxurious leather couches.  Just do not sit on the chair with the ottoman since that is my seat.  LOL.  The main Amazon Echo is in the living room and allows me to have "Alexa" do my bidding anywhere downstairs.  I love sitting in my favorite easy chair with the ottoman when I watch TV.  "Alexa" can turn on lights for me, turn on my TV, and even turn my thermostat up or down if it is a little too cold or warm down here.  Oh yeah, do not worry if we have to switch between the TV, Media Center PC, or XBOX.  "Alexa" can take care of changing all the settings on the TV and receiver too.  She can also change the channels for us.  You can watch hundreds of channels on DirecTV including any football game during the season through my Sunday Ticket package.  We can also watch a 3D Blu Ray movie too!  If you need to check your email or look up something online, there is a Media Center PC at your disposal too.  How about playing a XBOX game with me?  Just be sure to behave yourself because there is a hidden Nestcam in this room so if anyone not invited is down here, I can see you.
