Here is the floor plan of the Boulevard model by Lennar Homes.  The Boulevard is the 2nd largest home in the community, but the one larger model has a bonus room.  Overall, the nice thing is it features four bedrooms.  Moreover, the  upstairs laundry is also a nice benefit.  Furthermore, this house has 2 and a half bathrooms.  Both upstairs bathrooms feature double sinks too.  The approximate square footage is around 1,750.  Another thing I like is the two closets in the master bedroom, one of which is a large walk in closet.
